1. The shuttle will only operate once a minimum number of bookings is reached.
2. The cost of the service is €15.
3. The price covers the service as a whole, not individual trips. If for any reason you choose to take only the outbound or return trip, the price will remain €15.
4. Once the minimum number of bookings is reached, you will receive a WhatsApp message from us requesting final confirmation and payment. If payment is not received within 3 days of your confirmation, the booking will be canceled so that someone else can take your seat.
5. Departure and return times are strict. The driver is not required to wait in case of delays. We will do our best to provide you with the driver’s number if you are only a few minutes late (minutes, not half an hour). This is an option we hope to offer but cannot guarantee, so punctuality is required.
6. Departure from Napoli Centrale station is scheduled at 12:00. The bus will then proceed via highway to Caserta station, arriving around 12:30, traffic permitting, and will depart for Castel Volturno at 12:40. The return trip is scheduled 60 minutes after the headliner’s concert ends.
7. The meeting point for departure from Caserta station is the square in front of the station. The meeting point for departure from Napoli Centrale is Piazza Garibaldi, outside the Hotel Ramada.
8. If, for any reason, the shuttle service is canceled after our confirmation of activation, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Note: Up The Irons Group APS, organizer of Southammer Metal Fest, promotes the shuttle service from Naples and Caserta, but the service is provided by the transport company Patria City Bus srl (VAT 08809621215). Up The Irons Group acts solely as an intermediary for collecting participant fees to cover the service cost.
