Organizer

The Southammer Metal Fest is co-organized by Up The Irons Group APS (hereinafter "Up The Irons Group") with VAT number 04870530617, the entity that conceived and promotes the event, and by Sara srl as the owner of the Flava Beach venue. By accessing the website, the user agrees to:

2. Ticketing and Third-Party Partners

Ticket sales are carried out exclusively through third-party platforms. 3. Content and Intellectual Property

Band materials: photos, logos, and artist names are published with the consent of the bands or their representatives. Unauthorized reproduction for commercial purposes is prohibited.

Website content: texts, graphics, and design are the property of Up The Irons Group or are licensed. Any unauthorized use may be prosecuted pursuant to Article 2577 of the Italian Civil Code.

4. Privacy & Cookies

The collection and processing of personal data (e.g., contact forms) are governed by the Privacy Policy generated with Iubenda. The use of cookies is managed through a GDPR-compliant banner.

5. Contact Forms

General and band/agency form: the submitted data (name, email, message, etc.) are used solely to respond to inquiries and are not shared with third parties without consent. Submitting applications does not constitute any contractual obligation. Up The Irons Group reserves the right to evaluate proposals at its sole discretion.

6. Liability and Changes

Festival access: the event takes place on private property of the co-organizer. Up The Irons Group declines any liability for damage to persons or property during the event, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence; access restrictions may be imposed by the venue manager or authorities.
Artistic program: lineup, schedules, and artists may be subject to change without notice due to technical, logistical, or force majeure reasons.

7. Force Majeure

In the event of cancellation or postponement due to unforeseeable events (e.g., bad weather, health emergencies), Up The Irons Group is not obliged to provide refunds, unless otherwise indicated by the ticketing partners.

8. Location and Maps

The festival location is indicated via Google Maps for informational purposes. Up The Irons Group does not guarantee the accuracy of geographic directions. For the exact address, please consult the website of the venue Flava Beach. The use of Google Maps is subject to the Google Terms of Service.

9. Accessibility

Southammer Metal Fest is committed to providing an inclusive experience for all attendees.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the Court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere (CE).
